*For women ages 18-24 only*
This is a six-month program totaling 24 sessions: two group sessions a month, two individual sessions a month, and an all-inclusive retreat in May 2022.
For this specific program, you will take part in 12 group sessions with other young women in the program, as well as 12 individual sessions with me. There will be a private group chat that will foster communication and relationships outside of the group sessions. In May, you will have the opportunity to meet up with your group face-to-face in Estes Park, CO for the Post Finals Rejuvenation Retreat. This package includes the price of the retreat except for travel to and from Estes Park.
